Visiting this website

When you visit this website, the server records technical data such as IP address, time of access, requested page and browser type in log files. This is necessary to operate the website securely. Log files are deleted after a short period. We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and fonts are served from our own server.

Cookies

If you choose a language with the language switch, we store this choice in a cookie (aa_lang) for one year. No other cookies are set.

Contact form

If you request a demo, we process the details you enter (name, company, work email, optional phone number, company size and your message) to answer your request. The data is sent to us by email and is not used for any other purpose. We delete it when it is no longer needed for your request, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Hosting and email

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Nuremberg, Germany. Germany offers an adequate level of data protection under Swiss law. Emails from the contact form are delivered via Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands, with data stored in the EU (Zoho EU). The Netherlands also offers an adequate level of data protection. Both providers process the data only according to our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about your personal data, and to have it corrected or deleted. Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or a competent supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to contact@anyagent.eu.
